If you are interested in accessing our Private and Semi-Private Collections for any reason, including research or general interest, you will first need to contact our archivist at mwalley@sfu.ca, and fill out a Research Agreement form (see below). This form will ensure that you understand your responsibilities as a researcher, while also allowing ALOT to retain documentation of who has access to our collections.

Note that once given access, researchers may not publish work based on these materials containing any private or personal identifying information. The researcher bears full responsibility for maintaining security and confidentiality of the information taken from these records.
